The Kangol hat is an emblem of Hip-Hop culture, an era where artists like Public Enemy, X Clan, De La Soul, Eric B & Rakim, and Queen Latifah infused knowledge and history into their music.

Inspired by A Tribe Called Quest, this piece reflects their message of self-consciousness and heritage, represented through the red, black, and green—a nod to Marcus Garvey’s teachings on unity and self-empowerment.
